David Ritchie FFA
Chairman
David was Chief Investment Officer at Scottish Widows from 1978 to 1998, and Deputy Group Chief Executive at Scottish Widows from 1990 to 1998. He is currently a member of the Investment Committee for the Carnegie Trust for the Universities of Scotland. David holds Non-Executive Directorships of Edinburgh New Income Trust plc and Schroder UK Growth Fund plc and is a Trustee of AMEC Pension Schemes.
Jeremy Richardson

Director - Chief Executive Officer
Jeremy was a Private Client Stockbroker at Greig Middleton & Co Ltd in Glasgow from 1987 to 1992. Jeremy joined Cornelian Asset Managers in 1992 and led the management buyout in 2000. Jeremy's primary role with regard to client portfolios is to provide advice on investment strategy and asset allocation.
John Jackson

Director - Chief Operating Officer
John joined Cornelian Asset Managers in May 2005 from National Australia Group where he was responsible for the implementation of the new IFRS accounting standards across the Group's UK Banks. Prior to that, John held a range of senior roles in the Finance, Strategy and Operations functions of the National Australia Group in Scotland and Australia. At Cornelian he is responsible for the operational aspects of the business including Risk, IT, Finance, Investment Administration, and Human Resources.
Marcus Brooks

Director - Investment (Head of Investment Policy and Strategy)
After graduating from Oxford University Marcus worked for the SG Warburg Group and Kleinwort Benson Investment Management in London, before moving to Stewart Ivory & Co. Ltd in 1994. At Stewart Ivory he was responsible for UK Equity and Fixed Interest investment and managed Investment Trust, Unit Trust, Pension and Charity portfolios. Marcus was a Director of Stewart Ivory, a member of the Asset Allocation and Audit Committees and Chairman of the Pension Fund Trustees. He joined Cornelian Asset Managers in May 2002. He manages the team of Investment Managers as well as client portfolios and chairs the Investment Committee.
June Jessop

Director - Head of Charities
June is one of only a few investment managers in Scotland to specialise in charity investment management and has many years of experience working with well known charities across the UK. June joined Cornelian as a Director in 2006 from Adam and Company Investment Management (a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Scotland) where she was appointed a Director in 2004. Prior to Adam, June was at Stewart Ivory where she managed Continental European equities for eight years before establishing a specialist charity unit in 2000. Adam acquired Stewart Ivory Wealth Management in 2002.

Richard joined Cornelian Asset Managers in 2002 after seven years at Stewart Ivory/First State Investments where he was involved in retail and institutional sales and latterly as Head of Business Development at Stewart Ivory Wealth Management. He was appointed a Director of Stewart Ivory in 1999. At Cornelian Richard is responsible for Business Development and Marketing. His role includes managing third party introductory relationships in conjunction with investment managers.
Alan Hartley

Alan was formerly KPMG Tax Partner in Edinburgh. He is Partner of Hartley & Ritchie Tax Advisers and Finance Director of McTaggart & Mickel Ltd.  In addition, Alan is a Non-Executive Member of the Audit & Risk Committee of the Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre, Chairman of Trustees for the Mickel Fund, Non-Executive Director of the Caledonian Trust plc, Director of the Merchant Company and Trustee of several Charitable Trusts.
Michael Walker

Michael was Managing Partner of Maclay Murray & Spens from 1994 to 2003, and Chairman until 2007. During this time he held Board positions including John Menzies plc, Securities Trust of Scotland plc, Scottish Screen, and Malmaison Hotels Ltd. His Non-Exectuive Directorships now include Lex Mundi, the world's leading association of independent law firms, Scottish Amicable, Broadgate Marketing and Chairman of Walkers Shortbread.
