PRIVATE CLIENTS & CHARITIES TEAM
Marcus Brooks MA, ASIP
Director - Head of Private Clients & Charities 
After graduating from Oxford University Marcus worked for the SG Warburg Group and Kleinwort Benson Investment Management in London, before moving to Stewart Ivory & Co. Ltd in 1994. At Stewart Ivory he was responsible for UK Equity and Fixed Interest investment and managed Investment Trust, Unit Trust, Pension and Charity portfolios. Marcus was a Director of Stewart Ivory, a member of the Asset Allocation and Audit Committees and Chairman of the Pension Fund Trustees. He joined Cornelian Asset Managers in May 2002. Marcus heads the Private Clients & Charities team in the daily monitoring and management of all client portfolios, and sits on the Stock Selection Committee.
Stephen Hunter BCom (Hons), ASIP
Director, Private Clients & Charities
Stephen joined Cornelian Asset Managers in 1998 after working for ABN AMRO Asset Management in London where he worked as Assistant Fund Manager on the ABN Amro UK Growth Fund as well as private client portfolios. Stephen's role at Cornelian is the daily monitoring and active management of client portfolios.  Stephen also sits on the Stock Selection Committee.
Craig Joiner MSI
Investment Manager
Craig joined Cornelian in 2005 having been a professional rugby player for nine years.  He is a member of the Securities and Investment Institute, and at Cornelian is responsible for the daily monitoring and active management of client portfolios.  Craig also sits on the Stock Selection Committee.
David Graham ASIP
Investment Manager 
After working in the investment departments of The Royal Bank of Scotland in Edinburgh and Commercial Union in London and Japan, David relocated to Scotland with General Accident in 1995 and joined Cornelian Asset Managers in 1998. He was head of Japanese Equities at Commercial Union and General Accident. In addition, he was joint head of overseas equities and was a member of the asset allocation committee. David's role at Cornelian is daily monitoring and active management of client portfolios.

Hector Kilpatrick MSc, ASIP
Chief Investment Officer
Hector joined Cornelian from Scottish Value Management where he managed the successful SVM UK Alpha Fund.  Prior to this, he spent over six years at Standard Life Investments where he was appointed Investment Director, and was a key member of the Continental European equities team.  Hector started his investment career at Norwich Union Investment Management having completed an MBA in Strategic Management from Imperial College Business School. Hector is responsible for the management and development of the investment process and investment performance across all funds.  He also works closely with the Private Clients & Charities team, headed by Marcus Brooks, in the daily monitoring and management of our client portfolios. 
 
Bill Bulloch BSc (Hons) MSc
Associate Director
Bill joined Cornelian in July 2008 from Scottish Widows Investment Partnership where, as Development Director he was responsible for establishing their 'liability driven' investment capabilities.  Prior to this he was with Abbey National Asset Managers for 13 years, initially as a successful UK equity fund manager before being promoted to Deputy Head of Asset Allocation and Global Strategy with responsibility for a wide range of risk graded multi-asset portfolios.  Bill's role at Cornelian includes researching UK equities, selecting specialise funds and contributing to asset allocation decisions for all client portfolios. He also plays an active role in new product development and creating investment solutions for institutional clients.
Ben Drury MA (Hons), CA
Investment Analyst 
Ben joined Cornelian in 2009 from Bank of Scotland Corporate where he was Senior Analyst in the Private Equity Fund Investments Group.  Ben began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Edinburgh where he trained as a Chartered Accountant.  Upon completion of his training programme he transferred to the San Francisco office where he focussed on clients in the Investment Management Industry. Ben's role at Cornelian includes researching UK equities, selecting specialise funds and contributing to asset allocation decisions for all client portfolios.
