Professional Adviser Awards 2018

We are delighted that our risk-managed fund range has reached the Finals in the 2018 Professional Adviser Awards in Best Multi-Asset Funds: Volatility Target category. The event 'Celebrating Excellence in Financial Advice' takes place on Thursday 8th February.

Additional categories for awards include:  Adviser Firm of the Year, Best Platform, Best Ratings/Research Service for Advisers, Best Network and many more - some of which will be voted for on the night itself including Best Financial Adviser to work for!

Our range of risk-managed funds was recently added to the new IA Volatility Managed Sector (see our separate News article) and we are pleased to be shortlisted for this particular award. Our approach to managing risk differs from many other investment managers. The Cornelian risk-managed funds are managed strictly to an upper expected volatility level, but we are not constrained by a lower risk limit so that our investment team can derisk at any time if they feel it is prudent to do so.  In addition, our investment team are not constrained by any artificial barriers that might restrict investment performance (such as strategic asset allocation).  Instead, our investment team have the freedom to invest in the asset classes that they believe will add most value to investors.

We are very much looking forward to this event in February which not only showcases excellence in financial advice but raises awareness and funds for worthwhile charitable causes.
